How to select the thermoform kitchen cabinet?

1、The thickness of the PVC film and smoothness of the panel are the key of the quality of the door.

A good quality Thermoform door has certain requirements for the product process. After carving the MDF into embossed pattern, a PVC film will be molded on the panel. A thin PVC film is very easy to completely cover the door panel. A thick PVC film is hard to cover the door panel, but the will be more durable. After forming, the rate of expansion and contraction rate is very small for a thick PVC thermoform cabinet.

2、After processing, a good quality thermoform door is with uniform edge and corner ,no excess of  material, no gap. But a bad quality door will occur film peeling. So the workshop of thermoform should be dust free, then the panel surface won't have granular spot, and the surface will be smooth.

3、The glue must be environmentally friendly, bad glue is easy to cause the pressing plate of the whole cabinet perfidious blistering,shedding,curing

4、See the edge of the carcass.

Check if there is any split on the edge. If there is split on edge, the moisture will enter the door and the film will also be peeling easily.
